I think a lot and I think very deeply. Sometimes I am so caught up in my head I forget to appreciate the present moment. It is very important to take some time to refocus on the right now.
It’s ok to dive deep, but you have to go back up sometimes and take a long breath of fresh air.
Try to enjoy what your senses give you. Enjoy scented candles, take time to savor a delicious, healthy meal, look at the sky for a moment. The world is beautiful and we can get so much pleasure from our senses.
