For the low self esteem moments, remember things you accomplished in life. It can be small or big accomplishments, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you have evolved a little bit. Think about it, or write it down and read it when you feel low.
If you had a friendly conversation with a stranger and was scared to do so before.
If you hosted a small party.
If you got a diploma.
All these things you have put some effort into and that worked. Realize you have the ability to accomplish things and grow.
