Intuitive types have a tendency to daydream a lot. Contrary to sensing types who live in the moment, we are more prone to think of future ideas and what could be.
This is a great thing for coming up with new ideas, life goals etc. You should cherish this – but don’t forget that it is good for an INFP ( and for everyone in fact ) to practice living in the now to stay happy and healthy.
Meditation is the best tool to re-focus the mind and prevent it from turning heavy and useless thoughts in your head over and over.
Again, it is not about repressing your true self, it’s about developing secondary functions of your brain to live as happy as you can.
