Take care of your body.

As a deep thinker I could spend days just sitting and thinking. The thing is, our minds are connected to our bodies. When you neglect your body, your mind suffers. 

Because I am more attracted to intellectual than physical activities, and because I am an introvert, I used to think I hated sports in general.

It’s true, most fast-paced, competitive, team sports can feel draining to INFPs. Instead, you can try yoga, running, walking, trekking, swimming etc.

This will help focusing on the present moment, connect with your body, refresh your mind and awake your less frequently used senses.
