No matter how hard you try to control the outside world, you have to understand that your impact and control is limited. It might sound negative but it is actually very liberating. It means you should not take all responsibility on your shoulders. Your responsibility is to take care of yourself and be at peace with your own actions and decisions.
You can’t control others feelings and actions.
Bad things happen, it’s normal. Do what is in your power and let go what you can’t change.
It takes practice. It’s a very different way of thinking for a lot of people.
Over time it will be natural. You will be less anxious. More positive. Feel better.
