I’m sure you have heard this a million times before, but it needs to be spread around the world.

One of the best ways to be happy, is to make someone else happy.

If you help someone, if you compliment someone, if you do anything positive for somebody other than yourself, waiting for nothing in return, you WILL feel better. You will get this positive energy back.

And if you make it a part of you – being kind, helpful – a giver. You will start to feel better in the long term. You will love yourself more. Your whole life will be more positive.

This tip applies to all personality types, but as Introverted-feeler, it’s especially important to take care of your inner world and feel at peace with yourself.
