INFP tip #37: Mind-space and energy

Sometimes you will feel exhausted even if you had enough sleep, even if you did not do anything tiring. And that’s what you think. But you forget that 24h/7, your mind is at work. 

INFPs mind are always rolling. It seems like we are always analyzing situations, thinking of millions of “what if”s and “why”s.

First: It’s a good thing. And we should grateful for being able to see so many possibilities in life.

But it’s important to not let the thoughts take over your energy.

You have to filter your thoughts and let go of the useless and negative.

These thoughts make you stressed and anxious, even if you don’t realize it in the moment.

Take time to observe your thoughts and filter them, you will feel a lot better and energized over time.
