You will be deception, anger, sadness…it will happen. It’s part of life.
Just like positive is part of life.
The only difference between happy people and unhappy people, is the way they perceive negative situations.
You have to see all the bad stuff as temporary.
Don’t beat yourself up. Don’t be a victim. You are not a victim. You are human. And this is part of life as a human with emotions. There are both good and bad emotions.
You can’t deny the bad emotions, but be careful not to give them too much importance. Acknowledge, feel, and let go. It will pass. Be strong. Be faithful. Be happy.
