I come from a place of anxiety and depression.
I have tried many things to get over the hard times, reading books, reading blogs, seeing a therapist from time to time, exchanging with others…
I have, and I am still, working hard to feel and get better everyday. But I have learned, and grown a lot. Today I can say I am more and more in control of myself and my happiness.
I want to share here all the things that helped me along the way.
