As INFPs, our minds wander a lot. It’s a good thing to try meditation, as it helps us balance our way of thinking. Taking a short moment everyday to meditate will help us refocus on the moment, calm anxiety, and just feel better in the short and long term. You can do it by yourself or you can use this app called Headspace. Sometimes INFPs have a hard time keeping a habit, so using an app makes the whole exercise easier. Don’t forget

You need to feel grateful. Every simple pleasure in life is a miracle. Life is imperfect. That is just how it is. You need to embrace that.
